This website provides information about the Wien-Berlin Brass Quintet. Data is processed solely for the following purposes:
• Contact and concert enquiries via the contact form (name, e-mail address, subject, message) – to answer your enquiry and handle engagements.
• Technical operation of the website (server logs, technically necessary session cookies).
No data is passed on to third parties for advertising purposes; there is no audience measurement and no tracking.

With regard to the processing described below you have the right

Data processed when you use this website is erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, provided no statutory retention obligations prevent erasure and no other information is given below.
Server data (hosting)
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, your browser transmits data to our hosting provider. These server log files contain the type and version of your browser, the operating system, the referring website, the pages accessed, date and time of access and the IP address of your connection.
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of the website. The hosting provider stores this data only briefly and then deletes it, unless it must be retained for evidentiary purposes.
Contact form
If you send us a message via the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, subject, message) exclusively to handle and answer your enquiry. The message is delivered by e-mail to info@wienberlinbrass.com.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of an engagement) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Your data is erased once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect against automated abuse (spam), the form technically checks whether an entry originates from a human; no additional personal data is collected in doing so.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. Only technically necessary session cookies are used – to protect the contact form against abuse and for the password-protected area used to maintain concert dates (operators only). These cookies contain no personal data and are deleted when you close your browser. No consent is required for them.
Fonts and external services
All fonts are served from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers. No external services (analytics tools, social media plug-ins, map services) are embedded.
